They had to turn off the hot water at 9 (thankfully they sent out an email first) so that the broken pipe that has been spewing steam (at least I hope that was steam @_@ ) and leaking at the bottom of the waterfall stairs (where I had to step around the first day to literally stay out of hot water) can be repaired.
